Market intelligence

See the market changes worth acting on.

We collect permitted public information, track changes and deliver a review queue or report for teams monitoring listings, prices and competitors.

For acquisition advisors, e-commerce teams and real estate operators who repeat the same market research by hand.

Where this helps

Acquisition listing research

Collect agreed listing fields, keep a source link and timestamp, remove duplicates and flag changes against your investment criteria. Separate a model-generated summary or score from the original listing facts. An analyst retains responsibility for due diligence.

E-commerce price and stock monitoring

Match products using identifiers, variants and pack sizes before comparing prices. Preserve currency, shipping, promotions and availability where exposed. Start with alerts or review reports; automated repricing requires explicit guardrails and approval.

Real estate listing changes

Track permitted listing sources for new inventory, status updates and price changes. Normalize property identifiers and locations, retain the observation date and flag missing fields. Coverage depends on source access and is not an appraisal or a complete market census.

Public reviews and competitor updates

Monitor approved public review, company and competitor sources. Group recurring themes and flag changes for review. API availability, collection permissions and retention rules determine coverage; private posts and unrestricted personal profiling are outside the default scope.

How we build it

  1. Agree the decision being supported and assess each source, API and access restriction.
  2. Define the fields, identifiers, collection schedule and data-quality checks.
  3. Collect and normalize records, preserve provenance and compare observations over time.
  4. Deliver approved alerts, reports or database updates, with monitoring for source failures.

Systems and access

Permitted web sources and APIs, Python collection jobs, databases, dashboards, email or Slack alerts. The collection method and schedule depend on the source and the freshness your decision requires.

What is included, and who owns it

Public availability alone does not establish permission for every use. We assess source terms, access controls, licensing, personal data and retention needs with you. Source changes and outages can affect coverage; monitoring and source maintenance must be budgeted.

Your analyst or business owner sets the rules for relevance and approves downstream actions. We provide field definitions, source provenance, failure alerts and handover documentation. Sources, volume, refresh frequency and support determine ongoing cost.

Supporting capabilities

Before you start

How often can records be refreshed?

The useful refresh rate depends on source permissions and limits, how often it changes, data volume and cost. We agree a schedule after checking the sources; real-time coverage is not assumed.

Can you collect data from any website?

No. Access, source terms, technical restrictions and the intended use must be assessed. We prefer supported APIs where appropriate and explain gaps before committing to a source.

What happens when a source changes?

Validation and monitoring should detect missing fields, unexpected volumes and failed collection jobs. The operating agreement identifies who investigates, repairs and communicates those gaps.

Start with a defined scope.

The first conversation is free and covers your requirements, fit and next steps. Clear requirements can lead directly to a proposal. Where systems, data or risks need investigation, we can agree a separate paid discovery scope. Provider fees, hosting and support depend on the eventual design.
