For operations-heavy teams
Project Discovery and Planning
Optional paid discovery for projects that need investigation before a build. We agree the scope, deliverables, fee and timing in writing before work begins.
What discovery can cover
We choose the deliverables with you. Depending on the questions that need answering, these may include:
- →Current-state operations workflow audit
- →Systems, data, ownership, and exception map
- →Automation and human-review design
- →Reliability, compliance, and handoff assessment
- →Prioritized implementation scope and ROI hypothesis
When it helps
Discovery can help when requirements are unclear, several systems need to connect, data quality is uncertain or implementation risks need testing. It is available to agencies, SaaS teams, service businesses and market-intelligence teams. A straightforward, well-defined project can go directly to a build proposal.
Fees and next steps
The initial conversation is free and covers fit, requirements and next steps, not a technical audit or architecture plan. Any paid discovery follows a written agreement. Timing and any credit toward implementation are agreed individually; there is no automatic credit.
