Architecture
Same architecture we used for the BizBuySell acquisition intelligence platform. Anti-detection scraping with Playwright handles JS-heavy portals (Zillow renders listing cards client-side). Structured extraction flows into PostgreSQL. Deduplication runs across daily snapshots so you don't accumulate redundant records as listings get re-indexed. ML-powered valuation scoring is optional, built on top of the structured data layer.
Refresh cadence is a configuration choice we set upfront. Daily is standard for most market analysis workflows. Hourly is feasible for high-priority markets or specific listing watches. Real-time monitoring for specific listing IDs is possible with a webhook-triggered architecture.
